What web hosting packages do you offer?

All hosting providers provide different packages much as these packages may look similar but every host has a different way they have packaged the different plans.

It’s always important to choose your package based on the services they offer under that package and that’s if it suits your needs.

How do you handle Hosting Security and backup?

Security has become a key component when it comes to technology or the term internet. Every customer should be keen to know the state of security for the data they are keen to put in another person’s management and control.

Another important aspect of this is you should inquire how often your website is backed up in that in an event your has been destroyed you should be able to make a restoration.

Is the Support department available 24/7?

The world no longer operates on the 5 – 8 working hours which means that now people have the potential to work from anywhere and at any time. This means that your hosting provider should be able to provide you support at any time of the day including weekends and public holidays.

    Do you offer free SSL?

Secure Socket Layer (SSL) has become an industry standard of late requiring every website to have a verified SSL installed.

With the emergency of transnational-based websites with features like logins, and credit card transactions your hosting provider should be able to provide you with an SSL certificate.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

At one time we have all bought something then we realized we are not fully contented except for those services that come with “once goods are sold not returned” Otherwise most hosting providers usually offer a 30-day money-back guarantee which in most cases is not clearly explained to their new clients, therefore as you take on a new host be keen on such details.

For how long have you been in business?

This should have been one of the first questions to ask your hosting provider but nevertheless, it’s not a good idea to deal with a hosting company without a clearly defined structure or a company within its early stages as commonly referred to as “briefcase companies” as chances of experiencing issues like very poor customer care are very likely.
