Today in London, Nokia has unveiled its latest Windows Phone Flagship device, the Lumia 925. Design wise they swapped out a uni-body polycarbonate look and feel for Aluminum. The outcome is a be-dazing, sexy slim Lumia that weighs just 139 grams. It has a polycarbonate plastic rear, and aluminum frame wrapping around the side of the device, and we are yet to compare it to the light weight Galaxy s4. The aluminum makes it a lot more sturdy and brings it to similar design and hardware levels as HTC One.
Other specs include:
- The rear features an
8.7-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization and the PureView
moniker, and dual LED flash - Nokia has placed the micro-SIM slot at
the top, alongside the Micro USB port - Dual core pro
- 4.5-inch 720p OLED screen with Gorilla glass
- Wireless charging
- Memory: 1GB RAM, 16 GB internal memory; 7 GB free SkyDrive cloud storage
If you ask me I think Windows Phone still holds back Nokia’s hardware, as Nokia has potential to make great hardware, with the current trend of HD 1080p screens and Quad core processors you can clearly seen Nokia is being held back.
