Apple rumored to launch its first foldable iPhone

In 2018, Samsung teased its foldable Galaxy SX prototype. Well, this was just a prototype, but Apple has actually teased a design of its proclaimed foldable flagship. With the past twin years having the iPhone X brand line spreading the top-notch gospel to Chinese manufacturer camps, we expect this foldable iPhone to be so close to the X tagline

According to reports, other Asian manufacturers like Huawei will be soon joining the foldable league and this is why Apple seems to be interested in the Wagon. Through a shared patent of a folding OLED screen, Apple could be diving in the right direction with its earlier request of designing and manufacturing of folding OLED screens. Basically, the tech giant has come up with a folding inward and a second folding inward as indicated i the sketch below showing what the next iPhone could be like

The Apple foldable OLED screen design

Although Apple launched an affordable dual sim iPhone this year branded as the XR, we don’t expect this foldable release to retail for less than $2000 depending on the Samsung price stunts. However, this means 2019 will be another year manufacturers will battle it out since multiple camera smartphones have dominated this year’s craze to a point that we doubt if the podium statistics will remain constant for TECNO in 2019
