The itel P65 is a budget-friendly smartphone released in August 2024. It runs Android 14 with itel OS 14 and is powered by the Unisoc T615 chipset. It is the latest offering from itel in the Power Series, one that we’ve known to come with full strength batteries and promising specifications.
The itel P65 sports a 6.7-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels (HD+) and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It has a pixel density of 262 ppi and a screen-to-body ratio of 84.51%. The display supports a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling and animations.
The phone measures 165.9 x 77.3 x 7.9 mm and weighs 192.4 grams. It features a dual-SIM design with nano-SIM slots and supports dual standby, and has a LED notification ring on the back.
Under the hood, the itel P65 is powered by the Unisoc T615 chipset, an octa-core processor built on a 12nm process. It has two Cortex-A75 cores clocked at 1.8GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 1.6GHz.
The device comes in three variants: 4GB RAM with 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, and 6GB RAM with 256GB storage. All variants support microSDXC cards for expandable storage.
Camera-wise, the itel P65 features a single 50MP rear camera with an LED flash, HDR, and panorama support. It can record 1080p videos. On the front, there is an 8MP selfie camera that can also record 1080p videos.
In terms of connectivity, the itel P65 supports 2G GSM, 3G HSPA, and 4G LTE networks. It has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and NFC (on the 256GB variant only). The device features a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The itel P65 is powered by a 5000mAh non-removable Li-Po battery with support for 18W wired charging. The company claims the device can charge from 0 to 40% in 30 minutes.
The P65 also includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, an accelerometer, and a proximity sensor. It comes in Cyber Blaze, Cyber Black, and Cyber Titanium color options.
