    Uber X price hikes never seem to end, check out the new rates

    Barely six months since their last price hike, Uber has today increased its fares on Uber X yet again and this doesn’t affect Uberboda. Just like in their previous statement for the reason of the Uber X price hike in Uganda, Uber says that they still remain committed to providing a reliable earning opportunity for driver-partners, as well as a reliable and affordable service for their clients.

    With this in mind, with effect from 17 June 2020 fares are increasing on Uber X as follows;

    According to Uber Uganda in a statement about the price hike on Uber X;

    While we have always tried to keep prices as low as possible, we need to be aware of the increased costs for driver-partners. The new fare structure means that we can invest even further in Uber’s existing technology – with improvements that we’ve recently introduced to help keep you safer on the road.
