Every interesting TV activity has an end, which usually comes out a little beyond the audience’s expectations. The start of a new week marks the end of HBO’s Game of Thrones’ season 8 and The Big Bang Theory’s Season 12 which have kept fans glued to their televisions over time.
After eight seasons and 73 episodes, the Game of Thrones are put to rest with the “Iron Throne” finale. Like always, the endings are hard; and this one could be harder than what you would imagine. The anxiety that kept us waiting on for the start of the eighth season is now turned into anxiety at the end of it all.
There is quite a lot to lament about the latest season, including the fact that it has been so rushed. While following the war tale, the series has literally wasted chances, lost goodwill and failed justice to fans’ favorites. It is not a surprise, then, that the finale just opted to stand on the right track when it came to those left standing.
It might not matter how much emotions you invest in this, what matters is that when you play the Game of Thrones, you win or you die.
Spoiler Alert
In the end, it was neither Jon Snow nor Daenerys Targaryen that found themselves on the Iron Throne. In fact, the coveted seat of power in the realm of Westeros was destroyed and the remaining living lords and ladies put the position of King to a vote.

The Big Bang Theory finale ends with Sheldon’s Nobel Prize acceptance speech. The show premiered in 2007 with Sheldon, Leonard, Howard, and Raj involved in open debates about science, superheroes, and video games.
A section of the Big Bang Theory fans were not happy by the predictable story line that the series adopted for the end. It is in the show that it was confirmed, Penny (Kaley Cuoco) and Leonard Hofstadter (Johnny Galecki) are expecting their first child.
Despite this, majority of the fans are still emotional at the show finishing after 12 seasons. The left option is now having to settle for re-runs of the show and Young Sheldon, a related TV series which showcases the younger version of Sheldon Cooper.
