Images of upcoming budget iPhone back cover surface: We still doubt

A rumor is a rumor but when one produces photographic evidence its its not hard for us to believe its the real thing.  By the end of last week the “Internets” were filled with these alleged photos of a back cover for an upcoming budget friendly  iPhone. As usual we shall reserve our doubts till their announcement. From the leaked  pictures we see a bright-green back shell, which falls in line with previous rumors we heard in April about a cheaper iPhone, bound to be offered in multiple colors.

As we expected the low-cost iPhone’s back will be made out of plastic reminding us of the first iphone. The camera unit is accompanied by a single LED flash. A dedicated microphone appears to be tucked in between them. Naturally, an Apple logo and an iPhone sign complete the picture.

The source of the images is a micro-blogger, who’s known for his connections with factory workers in China. The back cover on display has been allegedly photographed in a Foxconn facility. Will Apple break out of its bubble of releasing one phone per year? We wait and see
