The Infinix Note 6, the next generation of the brand’s big screen smartphones is officially available in Uganda. The device was launched yesterday and comes with a lot of interesting specs to it, marketing as the most compact Note ever – with a 7.7 mm breadth.
The device comes with an intelligent X-Pen, features an AR measure smart tool for accurate dimensions, has AI handwriting recognition for efficient note taking, and has a 6.0-inch display with 18:9 aspect ratio.
Infinix Note 6 sports a triple-threat array at the back including a 16 MP camera, a secondary 8 MP sensor with wide angle, and a third 2 MP depth sensor. The front camera is a 16 MP sensor with intelligent 3D face beauty for the best output of your selfies.
The Note 6 has an Android 9.0 Pie with XOS 5.0 OS on board, a 4GB/64GB memory combination – representing the RAM and the internal storage space respectively. It packs a non-removable 4000 mAh battery with 10W fast charge which should be able to last up to 3 days after a 100% charge.
It is powered by a MediaTek Helio P35 chipset with an Octa-Core 2.3 GHz CPU and PowerVR GE8320 GPU.
The Infinix Note 6 is the successor to the Note 5 from last year, and we can only wait to see how its performance adds up compared to the predecessors. We shall review it as soon as it hits our desk.
