Today’s shocking assassination of Police spokes and Assitant Inspector General of Police, Andrew Felix Kaweesi (RIP) and his two colleagues, Erau Kenneth (RIP) and Mambewa Godfrey (RIP) has been a cornerstone in the way media disseminates information to the public. While some notable houses have deliberately posted these gruesome images of the deceased without user discretion information, the regulator has come up to condemn the move.

In a letter sent out to television stations, UCC has expressed its dissatisfaction as a regulator with media houses against such actions which also the public have condemned in equal measure.
