We have received the first footage from the PureView camera aboard Nokia’s Lumia 928 is up on the phone’s official landing page, showing how it compares against the iPhone 5 and Samsung’s Galaxy S III at shooting video on a New York roller coaster. As expected, the results definitely appear to favor the 928 — colors appear more saturated, with sharper focus and fewer blown-out highlights than the competition. So far so good.
Other details include the rumored 8.7-megapixel resolution and optical image stabilization, keeping it in line with the camera on last year’s Lumia 920.
