Liquid Telecom Uganda is one of the communications solutions providers and its parent company has services across 13 countries primarily in Eastern, Southern and South Africa that serves mobile operators, carriers, enterprise, media and content companies and retail
customers with high-speed, reliable connectivity, hosting and co-location and digital services.
It supplies fiber optic, satellite and international carrier services to Africa’s largest mobile network operators, Internet service providers (ISPs) and businesses of all sizes. Liquid Telcom Uganda has as far as 2017 ventured in home internet data solutions by enhancing customers’ experience on their digital journey.
For a fiber connection or point-to-point connection, Liquid Telcom Uganda offers four data bundle categories, these include; Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. You can have speeds of up to 100 Mbps and as low as 10 Mbps for the Platinum and Bronze packages which cost UGX 119,000 and UGX 469,000 respectively. The Gold and Silver internet data bundles cost UGX 169,000 and UGX 269,000 for can handle speeds of up to 20 Mbps and 40 Mbps speeds respectively– as you can see in the table below.

All packages come with unlimited internet but there is no clear word on how good their fiber coverage is. New customers will also qualify for free installation and a free WiFi router to provide internet for your home.
This not the company’s firt rodeo, before companies like Kwese TV closed shop in Uganda, they partnered with Liquid Telecom Uganda to bring its customers the Kwese Play and Roku Internet TV to their homes.
