Under its recently launched NewChapter initiative, Africell Uganda has unveiled a new set of voice and data bundles. It has also added new cheaper bundles, and is giving more value to new SIM card buyers.

The price of a new SIM will still remain at UGX 2,000 but will come pre-loaded with UGX 1,000 airtime valid of seven days as well as free minutes, SMS and data available upon your first recharge of the activated card.
The new Voice bundles
The company has revised its voice bundles to offer a whole new set of affordable package for daily and weekly purchases. Unfortunately these bundles only apply to on-net calls (Africell to Africell calls)

Voice and Data Combos
