itel’s latest smartphone, the itel P33, is one of the few phones that can be handed the captain’s arm-band to lead the other entry-level phones on the market. We qualify it on the basis of its outright performance for the few days we’ve had it, its build and design, as well as the features we find interesting about the phone.

Unless the phone you hold is not of any importance to you, security is something not for you to under look. The emergence of smartphones has made it essential to have biometric authentication available to give unique access to devices, and at least every manufacturer is applying this.
The itel P33 has a ‘Biology ID’ section under the device settings app where you can set Face ID by recording your facial information, as well as input your fingerprints in the fingerprint manager to unlock various apps with up to 5 fingers. Both the Face ID and fingerprint features require a backup lock method such as a Patter, PIN or Password
A cool dual rear camera
Many entry-level smartphones have been under-valued because of specifications that are not as competitive as what mid-range and high-end devices offer. This has forced manufacturers to innovate modern ideas that can welcome consumers to entry-level phones without a bias.
The P33 comes with a dual rear camera array of 8MP sensors and the output indeed satisfies. With a flashlight, and extended setting that can tweak the images into something much brighter, you can actually shoot high quality photographs on this simple device. The results are similarly impressive in video mode, as well as when taking selfies with the 5MP front camera.
