Roke Telkom has two types of internet bundles on offer: Roke Legacy and Roke Plus. The legacy internet bundles are the ISP’s original packages that don’t come with any free internet but can be carried over in case your bundle is not expired by the month-end. An example of these is the RokeSpot package.
On the other hand, the Plus bundles are the packages that come with free internet but do not have carry over.
What is Roke Plus?
Roke Plus is an active monthly subscription package that comes with data to be used during day, and access to free internet at night and on weekends.
The Plus products include Roke Mini Plus which comes with 5GB, Roke Classic Plus which comes with 40GB, Roke Unlimited Plus which comes with 80GB, and Roke Mega Plus which carries 150GB.
The internet is free and unlimited (for Unlimited Plus and Mega Plus) but subject to the Fair Usage Policy.
Roke Plus internet packages
Roke Classic Plus internet package is a day and night offer that is tagged ‘just right for you’. It comes with 40GB at UGX 100,000 usable on weekdays from 7am to 7pm, while offering free surfing from 7pm to 7am on weekdays and on weekends. Note that this bundle is not unlimited and once the data is depleted you will have to resubscribe to have access to the internet again.
Roke Unlimited Plus is the perfect choice if you have a small business owners that you want to endow with internet. It is an unlimited bundle, that comes with 100GB for UGX 250,000 usable
on weekdays from 7am to 7pm, while offering free surfing from 7pm to 7am on weekdays and on weekends. The all-round bandwidth is 5mbps before bundle exhaustion after which speeds change to 1 Mbps until the expiry date of the bundle.
Roke Mega Plus comes with an unlimited 300GB for only UGX 650,000 usable on weekdays from 7am to 7pm, while offering free surfing from 7pm to 7am on weekdays and on weekends. The all-round bandwidth is 5mbps before bundle exhaustion after which speeds change to 1 Mbps until the expiry date of the bundle.
Payment
You can pay for any of the services by using either PayWay, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Selcom or New Pay. You should note that any of the payments made are exclusive of aninstallation fee of UGX 500,000 that applies to the wireless connection.
