According to the details which clearly show a back-and-forth between the developer and marketer John Yoon, the CCO for viral marketing company Fllu.

“I was wondering if you would be interested in doing a small partnership to promote the upcoming Samsung Smart App Challenge. We need guys that know about Android Apps on Stack Overflow. So if you are interested, please email me”

    — Marketer John Yoon

    We wont tolerate this

These “viral marketing” firms seem to be on the loose, with no shame of being caught red-handed. This is the second such case in a matter of months — back in April, Samsung Taiwan confessed that an external PR firm paid people to post anonymous comments to trash talk  its smartphone rival HTC. There is currently no response from Samsung, Kratunov says he’s “not doing this for the two minutes of fame,” he goes to further to say “These guys need tounderstand this will not be tolerated.” You can read the entire email exchange in the source link below.
