It’s been a Customer Service Week, and various enterprises have treated their clients with gratitude. Roke Telkom similarly added more value to their data bundles in what they called “giving you more for your buck”.
The ISP announced that effective the 1st of October 2018, subscribers to Roke Unlimited Plus and Roke Mega Plus have been given more data for an unchanged monthly price.
Roke Classic Plus subscribers will have 40GB up from 10GB at UGX 100,000. Roke Unlimited Plus customers will be paying the same UGX 250,000 for data bundles, as the value addition sees an increase from 80GB to 100GB. Roke Mega Plus clients will enjoy 300GB from the previous 150GB, at the same price of UGX 650,000.

Additionally, the ROKE PLUS installation fee is UGX 500,000 effective 1st October,2018. This fee includes equipment that enables the company to remotely manage your internet service to accord you “a more seamless and better experience.”
ROKE Telkom offers PLUS subscribers free internet access between 7pm and 7am every weekday as well as through the weekend at the same exact price. Your bundle runs normally during the day until 7pm, after which PLUS will kick in until 7am the next day.
