Vodafone has been aggressive in extending its wireless coverage across Kampala for its 4G LTE service and now, it adds WiFi Hotspots to it.
Not quite new to Ugandans we must say with MTN having them but the success story so far is Roke Telkom with its Roke Spots bland on this list of two, we have added Vodafone to make it three.
Judging by the number, Vodafone seems to be in experimental phases as they’re not as many and target Kampala areas have a large concentration of Students judging by the university and accommodation facilities listed.
Vodafone lists Kampala International University, MUBS Nakawa, Kalmax Hostel in Wandegeya, Akamwesi Hostel with the only exception being Nakasero Hospital.
