Last year, Nintendo announced its nostalgic game Super Mario Run for the iPhone and promised that it will soon be rolled out to Android users by March 2017. Yesterday, Nintendo America has revealed when Android users will get to download the game and that will be on March 23rd.
Since Nintendo launched the game exclusively on the iPhone, it has so far been downloaded 78 million times. The company expects more usage when the game finally launches on the worlds most popular Operating System. Android users will get version 2.0.0 upon release, while iPhone users will get an update to the version on the same day. The update will add some new playable characters to the game.
