Seems everyone is dancing to Pharell William’s Happy song, there are several Youtube videos that show many people dancing to this hit. In Uganda, NSSF that released its customer care week happy to serve video and it has now spread to telecoms. In a some what copy cat move, yesterday Airtel released their video, of course dancing to the same Happy song. If you wonder why they were all getting jiggy with it, the company was celebrating several achievements and accolades they have acquired in the recent past. Among these include: Best employee motivation initiative award (Federation of Ugandan Employers), Successful Telecom merger (Warid + Airtel) , Official sponsors of Uganda cranes and Airtel raising stars to mention but a few.
