    Smile Uganda Introduces MySmile App

    Smile Uganda, has unveiled the new MySmile App to allow its customers to get into the driving seat with the power to manage their Smile services with a few clicks on their mobile phones. These SelfCare apps help companies reduce the number of calls they receive via their customer care helplines.

    With secure and easy access to Smile services, customers using the MySmile App can: 

    - Advertisement -
    • Check Balances (Airtime, Data, Voice minutes);
    • Recharge data bundles, voice bundles, and airtime and pay on the App;
    • Convert Airtime credit to data and voice minutes; 
    • Share Airtime between their SmileNumbers;
    • View and download history for usage and purchase, 
    • View personal information, SIM//Device information and KYC status,
    • Contact Smile Customer Care with one click;
    • Engage Smile on all Smile social media platforms 

    Smile Uganda’s app will request access to your photos, media, and other files, so take note of that before you download. The FREE MySmile App is available for Android and iOS, and customers can download the App from Google PlayStore and Apple Store. After downloading the App on their mobile phone, customers can register with their SmileNumber/Username and Password OR login using their current MySmile Portal login credentials.
