    Yellow Card’s win in the Disrupter of the Year category is a testament to the company’s resilience and innovative spirit. The award, which recognizes firms navigating challenging times while causing market disruptions, firmly placed Yellow Card in the spotlight; standing tall among formidable contenders like Moniepoint, Sparkle, Ejara, and Bamboo.

    Chris Maurice, the Co-founder and CEO of Yellow Card, graciously accepted the award on behalf of the entire team. Expressing his gratitude, Maurice emphasized the significance of the accolade, stating, “This award is further validation that our team is solving important, practical problems across the continent for businesses.

    He highlighted the extraordinary journey of a Stablecoin company winning a traditional finance award, as judged by experts deeply ingrained in the banking industry.
