Owning a smartphone comes with a lot of risks from theft, broken screens, accidents, to mention but a few. Those who can afford to insure their smartphones do this via the current insurance schemes but with telecom companies now coming up with different value-added services, we think its high time for them to introduce smartphone insurance.
This will mean that subscribers will have to part with a monthly fee to there respective carriers to ensure that they cover the most frequent cases with smartphone insurance.

There is no doubt that it is always advisable to insure your device to protect your investment and to get you back up and running as quickly as possible when something happens and this is where smartphone insurance can come in handy.
The smartphone insurance offers should be aimed at significantly reducing the cost of insuring devices as customers won’t be obligated to cover for all risks in just one monthly premium.
These smartphone insurance products should also be available for devices including tablets, laptops, and smartwatches, depending on the devices they have in their shops. So when you buy a new device, all you would need to do is to apply for this insurance especially if the purchase was within 30 days and the device has not been damaged.
