Since there’s such a huge variety of online casino games to choose from, it can be tough to figure out which ones will be the most fun and the most profitable for you. Luckily, you don’t have to figure this out on your own! We’ve put together a list of our personal top 8 online casino games with an emphasis on popularity, player enjoyment, and long-term payout potential. Let’s take a look at what they are!
Craps
To play live craps online, you need to understand how it works:
1) A craps table has three dice and two players facing one another on either side of the table.
2) One player throws the dice while the other player bets on them (either by placing their chips on the betting areas or by making verbal declarations).
3) The other player will then choose either Pass or Don’t Pass based on whether they think the dice will show a number in which they have placed their bet.
If they are wrong, they lose their bet but if they are correct, they win double that amount.
Poker
The object of poker is not to win individual hands but rather to take money from your opponents by winning rounds and pots. A round consists of every player being dealt a hand, while the pot refers to the total amount wagered in an entire hand.
There are two types of poker: Texas Hold ‘Em and Omaha. With Texas Hold ‘Em, there are three cards dealt to each player at the beginning, then five community cards placed face up on the table for players to use in their hands; with Omaha there are four cards dealt at the beginning with eight community cards used in the game.
Blackjack
One of the most popular online casino game is Blackjack. There are many variants of the game including Double Exposure, Atlantic City Blackjack, European Blackjack and Multi-Player Blackjack. In Double Exposure, the dealer’s cards are dealt face up and players can play as if they were playing against the dealer. Atlantic City Blackjack has a ‘Surrender’ option when you have 16 or less points which means that you give up half your bet and you surrender your hand.
European blackjack, on the other hand, has a ‘Doubling Down’ option when you have two cards with a value of 10 (for example) which means that you can double down by placing an additional bet equal to your original bet on top of it.
Roulette
The player can choose how much to bet on each number, but there is always going to be at least one unit of money (or chip) as this is how much you have lost if your number does not come out when you spin the ball. When the wheel stops spinning, if the ball falls in one of the numbers which has been selected by you then this will become yours and it will count for whatever amount that has been wagered. As with most casino games, roulette does not require any knowledge about probability and statistics because it is based purely on luck!
Baccarat
1) Placing a bet on the outcome of the hand (Player, Banker, Tie)
2) Rolling two six-sided dice for every round of betting
3) Adding up the total values of each die to determine which number it corresponds to on a table that has been provided.
4) Choosing the winning value from either Player, Banker or Tie and then collecting your bet.
5) For example: if both dice are showing 6, then you have Player as your winning number; if one is showing 6 and one is showing 2, then you have Banker as your winning number; if both dice show 4, then you have Tie as your winning number
Slots
-Classic slots: These are traditional 3 reel video slots with 1 payline. Classic slots come in many different themes and offer some great bonus features!
-Video Slots: These have 5 reels and usually have 3 or more paylines. Video slots usually have bonus rounds that can award big prizes!
-Progressive Slots: These all share one jackpot and they increase in value as more people play them.
Video Poker
One thing that makes Video Poker different from other casino games is that Video Poker players have more control over their fate. With traditional casino games, like slots, the player has no idea what they’re going to be dealt next and how they’ll have to react. But with Video Poker, each player decides when they want to stop and how much they want to bet on each hand.
Keno
The player can choose to play keno for fun or for real money stakes. The bettor is presented with a board containing a series of numbers from 1 to 80 and wins by predicting which numbers will be drawn. If the same number is drawn more than once, only one of those instances counts as a win, so players may want to avoid picking numbers that are highly likely to be drawn in order to increase their odds of winning. Players are given 12 numbered balls and asked to predict the right pattern, either straight up (all the same number) or variety (any combination). Each ball costs $0.50 and players get two free plays on their first purchase.
