Watch This: University Hacker Arrested over changing student results

In a bid to avoid retakes, university students have now days resorted to dubious means, and this has lead to the arrest of one hacker by police who has been fleecing students money as much as UGX 15 million. The Hacker apparently has a chain of agents he was working with and operating in several universities including Makerere, MUBs Kyambogo and as far as Mbarara University.
