There are always those terms and conditions we neglect before we subscribe to certain services only to cry foul when something goes wrong. For starters, the new MTN Voice Bundles are open to all MTN Prepaid and Postpaid mobile Customers but Postpaid customers will have to load airtime in order to activate the bundles.
As expected, each voice bundle will be depleted on a per-minute basis. According the terms and conditions if the customer calls for less than 60 seconds, the full 60 seconds is deducted from the balance. If you are traveling out of the country, you will not have access to voice bundles until you return.

You can always extend your voice bundle but it’s validity is only as good if the customer activates another voice bundle within  the same validity as the bundle they currently have active, otherwise the remaining bundle is waived on expiry. MTN has also given the option for you to buy for a friend on the MTN network any of these voice bundles.
