With the June 17th digital migration deadline, the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) is doing its best to ensure that all Ugandans who still have Analogue TV sets are well equipped with the right digital to analogue converters also known as set top boxes. With 70% of the areas with TV sets now covered, the commission has so far identified and approved 10 set top box (STB) vendors all in Kampala and none up country if the address below are anything go by.
