These 3 Galaxy Phones Will No Longer be Supported by Samsung

Samsung has officially pulled the plug on software support for three of its brand smartphones: the Galaxy A51 5G, Galaxy A41, and Galaxy M01. This means no more Android updates or security patches for these devices.

The Galaxy A51 5G, launched in April 2020 with Android 10, made it all the way to Android 13. The Galaxy A41 and M01, both released in 2020 with Android 10, were updated to Android 12. All three devices have reached the end of their promised four years of security updates.

Without security updates, these phones become more vulnerable to potential threats and bugs. While Samsung has addressed critical vulnerabilities in the past for unsupported models, there’s no guarantee they’ll continue to do so.

If you own one of these phones and are looking for an upgrade, the Galaxy A55 might be worth considering. It boasts a 6.6-inch Super AMOLED display, a powerful Exynos 1480 processor, and a versatile triple camera system. It also comes with Android 14 pre-installed and is promised up to four system updates and five years of security patches.

Remember, keeping your phone’s software up-to-date is crucial for optimal performance and security. With these three brand models losing support, it might be time to explore newer options.
