TECNO Mobile Uganda has launched the TECNO Graduate Trainee programme 2018. It is a skilling programme for fresh graduates, graduates of less than two years back and university finalists.
The TECNO Graduate Trainee programme is open to all students who are interested in getting practical skills from highly qualified professions in the fields of Digital Marketing, Marketing, Retail, Graphic designing and Human Resource and fall in the required application bracket and also open to all university students all over Uganda.
TECNO Mobile has a lot of interest in career growth of not only its employees but the general public as well. They have initiated the TECNO graduate trainee programme to fulfill this obligation embedded in them.
All selected candidates to the programme will be trained by skilled teams in Digital Marketing, Retail, Marketing, Graphic design and Human Resource.
All interested students are encouraged to fill in the online Google form and double their chances to get the offer by attending the offline event at MUBS. The trainees will be selected from both the TECNO Talk day and the Google forms registration.
All graduates who attend the offline event will do an aptitude test and an interview from which the legible candidates will be selected. The selected candidates will then train from the TECNO Head Quarters on Kampala Road, Prism building.
The TECNO Graduate Trainees Programme is planned be an annual programme and TECNO Mobile Uganda plans to spread further to give opportunity to students further than Kampala. We also plan to use it as talent exposure opportunity.
How to register?
This year TECNO has established two registration platforms to the programme, the online registration platform and an offline event at MUBS on Friday 5th October 2018.
