    Solutions to Computer problems: Data bundle prices for home and office use

    Solutions to Computer problems is a Ugandan based IT company that provides computer services and ICT services including; Computer Repair Computer Sales, CCTV Camera, and Alarm Installation, Website Designing, and Hosting, IT Support, Computer Accessories, Online Advertising, Biometric Access Control Installation. The company is now diversifying into becoming an Internet Service Provider (ISP) for home and office solutions.

    In a space that is dominated by the likes of Roke Telkom, Liquid Telecom, MTN, and Airtel –Solutions to Computer problems clearly has a long way to go.

    The company offers both shared and fixed internet connections, Solutions to Computer problems offers five data bundle categories, these include; Silver, Gold, Platinum, Cooperate and Dedicated. The first four shared bundles are shared plans which means they can guarantee speeds up to that limit however when traffic is high you can get very slow speeds from what you bargained for.

    The speeds range from 5 to 20 Mbps depending on the package you want. The Cooperate, Platinum, Gold, and Silver packages cost UGX 500,000, UGX 400,000, UGX 300,000 and UGX 200,000 respectively. The dedicated bundle is billed in US dollars and costs $ 120 per MB as you can see in the table below.

    All Solutions to Computer problems packages come with unlimited internet but there is no clear word on how good their fiber optic coverage is. To install costs for your home or home office solution will cost you UGX 350,000.
