As you can see, all data packages come with shared internet bundles that can go up to 5 Mbps or 10 Mbps depending on the subscription. It should be noted that users can convert these into a dedicated leased line package, which means a customer doesn’t need to share the data resources with other subscribers. You will need to contact the company and to get prices for their dedicated leased line connections.
We spoke to a Simba Fiber subscriber and his review of their services was just as expected as typical to most Ugandan ISPs. He said, “I have Simba and it’s terrible. One minute it’s at 10mbps next minute it’s down to 96kbps and their customer service is suspect at best”. The last statement comes as no suprise given than the company’s customer care email is a Gmail address a move that doesn’t inspire confidence with corporate clients.
