The Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event is here and the time is ripe for the unveiling of the new Galaxy Note – which we already know is the Note 10. There have been lots of speculation, leaks and rumors in the build up to the event and we can only wait to confirm the exacts upon launch.
One thing that is for sure is that we are getting to see two new phones: the Galaxy Note 10 and the Note 10 Plus. Both devices are likely to have ‘Infinity-o’ hole-punched displays measuring 6.43 inches and 6.8 inches respectively.
Additionally, they will be powered by Qualcomm’s flagship-grade Snapdragon 855 chip with the Note 10 having a 3,500mAh battery while the Note 10 Plus could have a 4,300mAh.
Some of the interesting features we can’t wait to see include the highly hyped triple-camera array at the back of the phone and a hole-punch front camera at the centre of the screen with the phone also said to house Samsung’s curved glass.
There are also rumors of a new notebook from Samsung, presumably the Galaxy Book S, though it is not yet clear in appearance. Recent leaking tweets posted by Evan Blass show a laptop with thin bezels and a curved lid. In terms of specs, the Galaxy Book S is expected to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor that will run Windows 10.
We hope Samsung can make mention of the Galaxy Home, and the Galaxy Fold, too at the event.
