Samsung Galaxy S5 mini has just leaked from a source that seems to be the company’s official UK webpage.The smaller brother to the Galaxy s5 as seen in the snapshot is SM-G800, which has already been confirmed many times to be the model number for the Galaxy S5 mini.
The rumored specs include a 4.5″ 720p Super AMOLED display and will run on a Snapdragon 400 chipset with quad-core CPU. 1.5GB RAM, 16GB of expandable storage, 8MP rear and 2MP front camera, IR blaster and a 2,100 mAh battery. Android 4.4 KitKat skinned with TouchWiz should come pre-installed out of the box.
Other than the specs, What the picture tells us? Obviously the Galaxy S5 mini, will have a similar design to the bigger brother. We also expect the phone to come with even more colors though – white, black, blue, yellow and gold. Samsung’s fitness watches will also be compatible to the rumored device. We also see that the heart-rate monitor is missing at the back of the phone.
There is no information when the Galaxy S5 mini will go official, but we know it wont be long.
