    President Museveni has sent his first tweet: Social media gets talking

    In what seems like a month of social media connectivity for the Ugandan president, from the selfie he took last week and now Museveni has sent his first tweet with with appears to be a verified account.

    It seems the tweet was sent to mark a huge milestone as well. It was sent after the president attended the launch of the Students Loan scheme while at Kyambogo University. The head of state got to drive test a vehicle that was modified by the University Engineering Students that run on pure ethanol
