    How to book an appointed at NIRA

    The National Identity Registration Authority (NIRA) has today unveiled a better effective and efficient way to offer its services to Ugandans. In an internal NIRA email to the Operations and IT Team that techjaja has been privy to, it stated;

    “I take the pleasure to announce that we now have in place an online booking/appointment/scheduling system. For now, this system applies to clients coming to HQ Kololo.”

    The system allows clients to book for services at NIRA for a particular day. The advantages are

    1. The client is assured that they will be served that day.
    2. It will help the Authority manage crowds at Kololo amidst the COVID-19 challenge.
    3. Internally it will enable us to know where to concentrate our manpower for that day.

    How to book an appointment at NIRA :

    • Visit the NIRA web page.
    • Under Key services, select Book an appointment
    • Select create appointment
    • Fill the Appointment form
    • submit
    • The client will receive a number through an SMS and on email.
