Satya Nadella the 3rd Microsoft CEO has today written a long detailed letter to the company’s employees presenting to them a bold ambition and urging them must rediscover their soul and their unique core. In his letter He said,

Over the course of July, the Senior Leadership Team and I will share more on the engineering and organization changes we believe are needed.[/signoff]
The CEO admitted that the world is currently in a mobile-first and cloud-first world and computing is ubiquitous and experiences span devices and exhibit ambient intelligence. With several sensors, screens and devices – in conference rooms, living rooms, cities, cars, phones, PCs the company want to take advantage of that. Satya pointed out how the next 3 billion people are about to be connected to the internet and wants the company to be at the center stage of reaching these new users with a passion to enable people to thrive in this mobile-first and cloud-first world.
