    Kweli.shop slashes delivery fees in Kampala and all major cities

    Only hours after the nationwide lockdown, Kweli.shop has announced they have slashed all delivery fees on orders to all six major cities in Uganda.

    Speaking to this website, Stephen Obeli Someday, the Head of e-commerce at Kweli.shop said the company decided it was sensible and anyway they can help their customers save money, while still delivering the quality they are known for, they will.

    “Right now, every Ugandan is looking to save some money so even the smallest cut for things we need matters. As Kweli.shop, we decided we will not just slash, but completely withdraw the delivery costs, hopefully that money saved means something to our customer or prospects out there.”

    Asked whether they will be able to handle the increase in demand that that is bound to bring, Kweli.shop says, they are readied than ever.

    “Swift delivery times are like another of our market differentiates. From set up, 27 months back, we are known for uncompromisingly prompt delivery timelines. With our logistical partnerships, we are able to deliver in strictly under a day in Kampala and Metropolitan areas. For upcountry, we offer a 48hour assurance,” Stephen says.

    To ensure limited contact, Kweli.shop is urging all customers to check out orders by card, Mobile Money, and Flexipay but still, they will continue to accept cash on delivery on any order although with all SOPs in place.
