Now that both Samsung and Apple has taken the wraps off their flagship phones, its now time for the Huawei Mate 30 Pro to feature in leaks.
If the leaks are to be believed, the Mate 30 Pro has some improvements from last year’s phones. The Mate 30 Pro would have a 6.6 or 6.8 inch AMOLED FHD + display but we are surprised that the resolution is now FHD instead for QHD on the Mate 20 Pro. Not surprisingly, the smartphone runs the SoC Kirin 990 coupled with 8 GB of RAM. It is also expected that a variant climbs to 12 GB of RAM.
The Mate 30 Pro will be powered by a large battery of 4500 mAh (against 4200 mAh in last year’s model) compatible with 40W fast charge. The leak evokes improved 3D facial recognition. The sensors would be able to measure the heart rate and the breathing of the users. The fingerprint reader under the AMOLED display would also be more efficient.
The Mate 30 Pro stands out above all for its quadruple rear photosensor. According to Teme, the Chinese manufacturer has opted for a set up consisting of a main sensor of 40MP designed by Sony using its RYYB technology that was debut in the Huawei P20 Pro. It would be accompanied by a second 40MP sensor and a third 8MP telephoto module. Alongside a ToF (Time of Flight) sensor to improve the management of depth effects.
Huawei Mate 30 Pro: The complete datasheet

Huawei will unveil the Mate 30 Pro on September 19 at a conference in Munich. Without an Android license, the brand will invite buyers to install Google apps manually, such as the Play Store. We hope Huawei will have some surprises apart from what we see on this leaked spec sheet.
