Well, the long awaited and anticipated Disney+ streaming service, which will likely prove as essential as Netflix to many consumers, is now officially available. But can you use Disney+ in Uganda out of the United States? The answer is yes. Disney+ will combine all its catalog into a single streaming app. The service comes with a free seven-day trial for new customers, so you’ll have a week to make the decision of whether you want to add yet another subscription to your life.

    The cost of Disney+ in Uganda

    Disney+ is UGX 26k per month or UGX 260,000 if you pay annually. So you should get your VISA or Paypal accounts ready to connect to Disney’ service. You can access Disney+ on mobile devices, TVs, streaming gadgets, game consoles, and the web as we shall look at each device later.

    Geographical Availability.

    Disney+ is starting off in the United States and Canada but with a great VPN provider you can watch it. We recommend using paid VPNs as are they are fast and secure and less likely to be blocked by streaming services.

    Disney has said the service will then expand to the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and more on March 31st, 2020. Content selection will differ based on your country, as it does with Netflix and other streaming services.

    These are the recommended speeds for each video quality from SD (Standard Deviation) to 4K video Streaming. 4K streaming is available as part of the standard Disney+ plan.

    You can download movies and TV shows from Disney+ and this can be done on up to 10 mobile devices. Downloads are supported on iPhone, iPad, Android phones, and Android tablets (including Amazon Fire tablets). They are not available on TVs or laptops. You can download as shown in the image.

    You can have unlimited downloads but the only constrain will be the available storage on your device. Subscribers must connect to the internet at least once every 30 days for downloads to remain available, but Disney+ automatically renews download licenses when you do — so don’t worry about anything expiring on you when you’re about to get on a plane or hand your kid an iPad before a road trip.
