Using Airtel Money
- Dial *185#
- Select {4} Pay Bill
- Select {1} UMEME Touchpay
- Select {4} Token Enquiry
- Enter AirtelMoney Transaction ID
- Enter pin.
Retrieve your last Yaka Token from UMEME App
- Download & install the UmemeApp from any App store. Android and iOS
- Select Yaka Tokens from Home menu
- Enter meter no.
- Token details will be generated instantly
To retrieve lost and recent Yaka tokens, simply load the UMEME mobile app and navigate to the app’s Account Balance tab. Next, go to the My Yaka! Tokens option to enter a meter number whose details you wish to check. More so, you can enter up to 5 meter numbers and retrieve their recent Yaka tokens in a single click.
