Step 1: Download the Android App from the Google Play Store or Apple’s App Store.
Step 2: At least two members from the Investment Groups(Club) should visit any branch location in the country to have their account on-boarded onto the app. This applies to new clubs and old clubs with their accounts in DFCU bank.
Step 3: After this, all club(group) members can self on-board using their telephone numbers from the mobile app. Club members will be required to enter the Club Account number during the self-registration process.
Alternatively, you can choose to use the USSD option by dialling *240*100# to get all available services you will get from the mobile app. But you should know upfront that the USSD options needs you to have airtime on your number since each time you choose an option it deducts 200UGX from your airtime wallet.
