    Using the UMEME App to check for your last Yaka Token

    The app is available on both Android and IOS and you must download it in order to get started and follow the steps below.

    1. Open UMEME App
    2. Select “Yaka Tokens”
    3. Enter your Yaka Meter number and Press Enter
    4. Your last purchased Token details will be retrieved

    Some users are reporting a connection Error message “Unable to reach UMEME Servers. Please check your internet connection & try again. If the problem persists, contact us”. You may have to contact UMEME to help your further troubleshoot in case this error persists.
