Data Auto renewals
These turn your airtime into data bundles that you might not want.
To stop them,
- Dial *100#
- Select option 3 <Internet bundles>
- Select option 11 <More>
- Select option 4 <Auto Renewal>
- Select option 2 <Cancel Auto Renewal>
And that’s it. Your airtime will remain intact and you will no longer worry about auto bundle renewals. Always make it a point to select the “one time bundle” option when buying a bundle to keep away from auto renewals.
