    Hon. Minister Dr.Chris Baryomunsi has been elected as Vice Chair of the Council of African information and communications technology Ministers at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) Africa 2022 summit. Dr. Baryomunsi is Uganda’s Minister of Information, Communications Technology, and National Guidance.
