Itel Mobile in partnership with Carlcare Service Center is running a month-long promo that will see its customers enjoy a number of complimentary services that range from 100 Days Replacement Policy to a 50% discount on all itel phone hardware.
The offers are only redeemed at Carlcare service centers country-wide, with the latter being the official aftersales service partner for the brand.
What is the 100 Days Smartphone Replacement Policy?
This is a policy that applies to itel smartphones bought in the last 100 days, where they are eligible for replacement in case of malfunctions, not caused by physical damage. It also includes issues that can be resolved through software fixes.
However, the policy only applies to select models including the A14, A14 Max, A16+, A33, A56, P33, P33 Plus, P15, P36, P36 Pro, S15 & S15 Pro.

Other itel i-service perks
- 50% Discount On Screen, Motherboard & Battery Replacements – This only applies to customers with the A56, A36, and P36 where they’re offered a 50% discount on the aforementioned replacements.
- Free Software Upgrades – With this, itel customers can update their smartphone for free at any Carlcare service center across the country with compatible software.
- Free Smartphone Cleaning/Sanitizing – itel customers can get free smartphone sanitization at all Carlcare service centers across the country to keep their phones germ-free.

Last year, the brand ran a similar campaign for select models but has only expanded it to include more models for this year’s promo that runs till 30th September 2020.
