    Here are all the new features in the Updated WhatsApp for iPhone

    WhatsApp is on an update roll-out spree this year. Be it WhatsApp for Android, and now the WhatsApp for iPhone, the Facebook-owned social network is adding new features to what is arguably the most popular instant messaging app in the world. And they have new features for iOS users available for Updates in the App Store.

    The latest update of WhatsApp for iPhone now adds a bunch of new features. Version 2.19.100 for the iOS, in a nutshell, adds the following new capabilities.

    • WhatsApp for iOS now lets users edit and send back media in the chats. For this, the user has to tap the doodle icon at the bottom of the phone when viewing an image or video to access the editing tools. You can play around with changing the filters, crop, and flip the photos. There are a bunch of other services you can also do and you can check them out.
    • The new WhatsApp for iPhone can also allow you to preview voice messages directly from the notification prompts. For this, a user has to long press on the notification that indicates a new incoming voice message, and then tap on play. We reported earlier about the rumors when this feature was still in Beta testing and it might roll out for Android phones soon as well.
    • The WhatsApp for iPhone version 2.19.100 now also allows the Memoji to be sent as stickers within chats with friends and family, directly from the emoji keyboard in iOS 13. WhatsApp says users can also change font styles in the camera by tapping the “T” icon.
