In this world that is highly connected, where anyone can reach the other via a social media app, lots of things can be shared instantly. This ranges from fake news, pictures, videos, screenshots, audios, documents, etc. As long as its on your device it can be shared. But sending naughty pictures and videos especially of your self to the wrong recipient or worse still into a wrong group can be a huge blander.
Today we have stories of some of our readers we contacted and shared with us their experience. For purposes of anonymity, we shall not disclose their real names.
A Tale from Nakimuli (not her real name)
Yes.. this is really embarrassing actually confesses. My boyfriend was away on a work trip and I was really horny and missing him. The day that he left he needed me to drop off a check to his mother, so I texted her to let her know that I was on the way. Now in my phone my boyfriends name is saved destroyer that we have and his mother’s name is the name of the insider with mum after it. For example, if the insider is KFC Chicken, his mother’s name is saved as KFC Chicken mum. Very stupid, yes I know.
Anyways I texted her to let her know that I am on my way and I’ll be there soon. I dropped off the check and I get back home, it’s maybe around 8:30pm going on 9 pm and I thought that I should surprise my boyfriend with a little nude. Me and my boyfriend usually talk on the phone, we don’t text that often unless it’s for little things. So I knew if I texted him, it would grab his attention immediately. So I go shower and shave and I decide to put on something sexy and snap a few photos. The photo that I decided on was the most revealing of all…let’s just say my v***a was VERY bold in the picture. So I was in my gallery getting ready to send and with my iPhone 5 I had to click the arrow and share, then you choose your options. I clicked message and I chose my boyfriends name or so I thought
10 minutes later my phone rings and it’s my boyfriend and I thought he must’ve really liked the picture to call me instead of reply. Instead when I answered the phone, he had the most disgust in his voice. He said “why’d you send a nude to my mom?” I immediately freaked the hell out and was rushing to see the message and that’s when I realized I chose the wrong destroyer. I apologized to his mother so many times, she wasn’t really freaked out she said it happens to the best of us. Still very embarrassing to me because now his mother knows what inside of my v***a looks like. Since that day I have changed his mother’s name in my phone to her actual name, no more confusion with that one lol. Never again!

This one time i was sexting with my girlfriend who is now my wife and it so happened that my mom was also chatting with me on the other hand and by sheer accident I took a pic from my gallery (as there were a lot of nude pics there ) and I accidentally attached and sent it to my mom’s number. To even make it worse, my phone’s battery went flat and instead of charging it when it was on I just left it off.
I woke up to my sheer horror I got mortified to discover that the pic was accidentally sent to my mom and i swear I died a bit from embarrassment and even deleted my WhatsApp for a whole month.

Yup 🤦🏻♀️ My boyfriend and I at the time had very different schedules he worked weird and crazy hours as a medical intern at one of the big hospital in Kampala. We were in our early 20’s and wanted to keep things interesting. So he asked me for a picture of my top half one night. I of course had no problem with that. So I went took a picture and clicked on the first text in my list and sent it.
I was quite appalled when my bosses boyfriend text me and said “hey nice pic but I don’t think it was meant for me” I was mortified! Thankfully we were all friends! But I have never sent a picture of me unless I’m fully clothed since.

Not me personally but my dad..! He was bike riding and hit a rock. Then he racked his balls. A day later his pecker was bruised and he sent a picture of his pecker to his brother. But all long behold he was in a group chat with his two sisters and mom with his brother. My grandma goes “what is this i can’t see it” and his sisters go “you don’t want to know and that was that.
Apio’s Tale
Yes a couple of times when I was a bit drunk after work and sexting with a friend. I accidentally clicked on the wrong chat conversation and sent the photo without even looking at the name of the person. The worst photo was when I fell asleep and didn’t realize what I’d done until the next morning when I woke up to lots of laughing emojis and ‘wtf’s.
I just apologized and explained my mistake and the other person was cool with it. Even commented on how good I looked after having lost loads of weight
