MultiChoice Uganda, the home of great Pay TV entertainment in Uganda, has today announced the launch and roll-out of a 65 strong GOtech Installer Team which will be assisting customers to resolve and remedy all their GOtv viewing experience. The community-based intervention is aimed at helping GOtv Customers to be able to call community-based, Multichoice-trained technicians who will assist with customer rectifications and challenges.

“We understand that for our GOtv customer it is important to be able to get help with rectifications around decoders and viewing issues is important to improving their GOtv experience. This GOtech installer team will be a big driver for that customer experience.” Patricia Kiconco, the Head of Customer Experience and Operations, MultiChoice Uganda.
At the flag off ceremony, the GOtech installer teams were also accompanied by Lucky Jjumba, Field Services Manager, who identified, trained and will be supervising the teams said “I am quite excited about the potential of this team to improve our customers’ experience in the communities where they will be working.”
