Smile communications Uganda has today unleashed a new data promotion called Smile lite which targets social media buffs who always want to be online. This deal comes with new tantalizing data bundles and prices for the habitual Internet data user. Smile lite bundle offers are only valid for 1GB and 1.5GB and are capped at speeds of 2 Mbps which is good enough speeds for browsing the internet, watching HD YouTube videos and social media.
The 1 GB package goes for UGX 32,000 while the 1.5 GB bundle goes for UGX 40,000.
Just like their other data bundles, Smile Lite bundles are also valid for 60 days from the date of purchase and unused bundles may not be carried forward after expiry of the validity period. This promotional offer is valid for two months which means by late September you will be switched back to the normal smile data pricing. This is available to all Smile customers and they may select any of the currently available top-up channels to top up their Smile Lite bundle.
