    Free Yourself, disable the Whatsapp blue ticks

    If the Last Seen Feature that was introduced earlier on by Whatsapp has done less harm, it has come out again with the latest Feature [Read Receipts] that helps you see if your message has been read by the recipient or not by showing two blue ticks (✓✓).
    This is has however created a lot of panic amongst its users, and as such , there is still some hope of hiding from all our stalkers.
    Just follow these simple steps to disable the blue ticks.

    Go to:

    Settings > Privacy > Disable the ‘Read Receipts’ option

    After disabling the the Read Receipts option, WhatsApp will no longer display blue ticks when you have read their messages, by disabling this option you will stop seeing blue check marks on other people’s chat box too.

    NOTE: Disabling the option of Read Receipts is only available on the latest version of Whatsapp.
    This latest version of Whatsapp is available only through Whatsapp site.
    (Play Store is not updated with latest version of the Whatsapp app)
