    DFCU Bank launches its revamped e-banking platform

    DFCU Bank has launched its revamped electronic banking platform for its omni-channels dubbed Quick Banking. Joining Equity bank in the journey to extend agent banking services closer to the final customers. DFCU bank’s Quick banking platform offers a 2 in 1 solutions format with a mobile banking app and an online banking website through its omni channel approach which is the first step towards Agent Banking.

    Quick banking consists of three channels namely, USSD, Smartphone app and internet banking all aimed at making transactions faster, safer, simpler and secure without the customer taking on the burden to visit their nearest bank branch.

    Announced by DFCU’s head of consumer banking, Denis Kibuka Musoke who stressed out the bank’s need to launch its revamped e-banking platform. Quick banking is focused on re-bridging the gap between customers and the bank as Denis added.

    As technology continuously changes the way we live, banking is also changing. Our customers are more concerned about how they use their time and therefore how banking can be more convenient, fast, safe and simpler

    Quick banking which’s DFCU’s newly revamped omni-channel product will allow customers to transact in real time with the bank’s OPT (one Time Pin) procedure as officials demonstrated during the product launch in Nakasero.
